Born in the midwest and raised in Texas, Paul moved to South Florida in 1995, working in a number of different capacities at an array of renowned establishments. Taking charge of front of house operations, you are most likely to be welcomed in by Paul, as he makes you feel at home throughout your evening with us.
Michael Haycook, Chef & Sommelier
A native Floridian, Michael realized a life-long dream with the opening of the grove. After graduating from the The Culinary Institute of America in 2005, he spent time in the kitchen in Carmel, CA at the Bernardus Lodge, and as a sommelier at DB Bistro and Zuma in Miami before moving to Delray to open the grove. It is here that he is committed to developing a food and wine culture, as well as ambiance, reminiscent of his time in- and love for Northern California wine country.
